Great looking ride
I got the chrome bumper one and yeah how dumb that they didn't put a little depression where the receiver is. Oh well, four bolts and it's off.

Re: Photos of My H3 - FINALLY!
Hi all,
Thanks for all of the positive comments. I'm always a bit nervous as to how my work stands up to critique- especially derived from other Hummer owners.
As for the origins of the tire cover, brush and bumper guards, I can not tell you off the top of my head. However, I have kept all of my invoices in an H3 file at home, so I will stop back to this thread with the specific supplier details. I can say that most of my leads for the products came from eBay. There were individual eBay sellers who had the brush guard and tire covers up for auction- I sensed that these weren't one offs and that they were both in ample supply. The bumper bar I found by doing a Google for Hummer bumper bars. And the bumper bar may be modified in the future by having a friend torch the center portion out and welding the headlight guard portion (sans the mini-cross bars) of a mostly trashed bumper guard in the center for a hitch opening. Regardless, like I said, I'll hook everyone up with the specifics through a later post to this thread (hopefully this weekend).
I should have posted photos of the interior and undercarriage as well. For the books, the interior has the heavy duty rubber mats and a Husky cargo liner. I also tracked down the way overpriced cargo net and cover. I have installed a power inverter in the rear cargo space, located in the passenger side wheel well. All I have to do is open the cover, plug the main cable into the H3 power jack, and turn it on! I also installed a "baby shade" that rolls down over the driver's door window. This allows me to have the window open, while keeping the blasts of air defelcted outward. This is very useful when smoking a cigar! I plan on installing another one, for passenger convenience, also this weekend.
I equipped the undercarriage with the "cage" driveline armor and retrofitted the skid plates to it. I bought some S-10 skidplates to mount on the cage as well, but I haven't had a chance to do it. In the end, I may not as I am concerned about vibration - but time will tell.
The torsion bars have been cranked way up, with a follow up alignment, and it is within 1/2" of being perfectly level- that is until I really thrash on it. But I did have it airborne a couple of weeks ago and it doesn't seem to have effected the alignment or height!
I also added the taillight guards and accents, gas cap lock door, roof bows, vent visors (get the in- channel models, as the sticky tape ones suck and I have already had to remount several trouble spots with new tape), K&N Aircharger system, trash bag, visor mounted mini-cargo carriers, additional power jacks up front, and various tools and equipment in the back at all times (aid kit, shovel, jumpers, oil, glass cleaner and towels, etc. etc. etc.).
As for the tow nipples, yes, always erect like that
I tightened them in that manner after hitting a Chevy Aveo that pulled in front of me at WalMart. The bumper mount points and thus tow hooks, as well as brush guard, took the brunt of the hit and aftre getting everything repaired (mostly bolt of - bolt on stuff and the tow hooks only needed a new coat of paint) I thought the tow hooks would cause even further damage at the current elevation to any other offending vehicles whose owners are stupid enough to pull in front of a HUMMER!! The same thought sits behind the bumper bar. I love to see tailgaters come up behind me and then back way off when they see the "bar".
So, would it make it in the Black Sheep Hummer Squadron?!?
Well, enough for now. I'll be back with the info soonest...

Re: Photos of My H3 - FINALLY!
THanks - I am anti-bling, for the most part, so the grill was one of the first things I changed out. I see that chrome is not as popular as GM appears to believe. Perhaps they need to hire some new market researchers...

Re: Photos of My H3 - FINALLY!
Hi H3Hummer,
I had a local garage that specializes in suspension and alignment do the torsion bars. I recommend the same. It only cost me $50 and they used the computer alignment system to dial everything in.... I even received a computer print-out of all the adjustments in case I want to reverse it someday (doubtful).
The bumper bar is an aftermarket product that bolts underneath using preexsiting frame holes. The bar comes with the plate adapters. It only took me about 15 minutes to install. Just keep in mind that it blocks your hitch receiver. Someone certainly dropped the ball on that design. But like I mentioned above, it is easy to remove and I think it can be modified with a little bit of tinkering...
