Just wondering if any one has replaced the factory fog light bulbs with something stronger. Or if you have any recommendations.
Dealer keeps telling me that the Grill fog lights are only for New ordered H3's and They don't have Brush Guard mounted fog lights for the H3, like the H2"s.
Please advise.

If you put stronger bulbs in you would run the risk of damaging the wiring depending on what wattage they are. If you need really bright light for offroading your best bet would be to go with after market lights like Hella 500's, they might be thin enough to mount on the grill guard.

Are the stock lights a flood pattern or a pencil beam pattern?

I'm thinking about doing THESE

They may take a little modding to fit. I'm not sure. Anyone take off that plastic bumper cover yet and have a closeup shopt of how the factory ones mount?

I am about to post info and pics about changing out both my headlights and foglights. Just downloading pics now and should be finished in about 15 minutes. Keep an eye (or two) out for it.

I changed both the headlights H-12 and fog lamps H10 to Hid 6000k bulb. Much brighter and a better look.
