David Edwards was charged with second-degree murder and Ronlee Harvin and Charles Onasanya were charged with principal to second-degree murder, according to a Volusia County Sheriff's Office news release.
The shooting blocked I-4 traffic for hours Sunday night but the road has since reopened. Most of the motorists stuck in the traffic jam were traveling home from the Daytona 500.
