We are to lazy to put a new roll on. We just set it on the corner of the sink or the back of the toilet. So I doesn't matter.

Always over...until I had kids. Now it's under. Of course they are getting older now and I might be able to switch back.

Its simple. Ease of dispensing. When the toilet paper is under (as it should be) and you pull down on it, it dispenses with greater ease. I have also noticed that the dispensing action is much smoother when it is installed under. And really, this is note a joke post. I am not kidding. Under. Period. A toilet is a mans thrown, remember guys; your experience should be as luxurious as possible.

This is like the toilet seat argument... When I was married I got bitched at for not putting the seat down... So I in my infinite wisdow I put the seat and lid down.... Yeah I got bitched at for that too.

Don't blame me because you are too lazy to look where you put you A$$ before you put it there.

It goes over- it stay put and the pull is closer to the toilet. If it is under the pull is next to the wall.

Besides if someone is going for a second helping they touch the unused portion with their possibly sh1t and/or piss laden hand- and that is disgusting.:fdance:

Peeing while standing up is so savage btw.:D
