Check the ground at the very front of the left side frame rail. Make sure its tight and clean. Ive seen this ground cause all sorts of weird issues.

Have you done the drl modification in the fuse block that many guys do? If so I would be looking there first. Seen many internal fuse block failures due to this.

if the outside handle is sticking out the door will not lock. you can try to lube the pivot points but usually need a new outside door handle or just remember to push it in flush everytime you use it.

Im pretty sure the parts you want to remove are part of door panel and not removable(easily) If memory serves me they will be held in place with plastic rivets or steel rivets from inside of door...

No Loctite, jst screw it in snug they can break easy if over tightened, it wont need to be sealed just snug it up

That's the gm bulletin, not a mandatory replacement but a recommended one. I do believe if my memory serves that it was a customer pay item as well.

Its under the dash on the right side. Right beside the blower motor. On those its actually caller a blower motor control module but but does the same job as a blower resistor like in other vehicles....

Sounds to me like you need a blower resistor and maybe the connector if it shows any signs of high heat or melting

check to see if you actually have power at fuse 26 with a test light, if not the internal relay in the fuse block is bad and will need a new fuse block (under hood fuse block)
