just to add to the conversion the rareparts are smaller than the cognito tie rods aswell. i feel alot more piece of mind with the rareparts on my truck tho. the rareparts are a better quality...

I havnt had experiance with headers but i know Borla and Dynatech have long tube headers aswell.
I was really looking into longtube headers aswell but i read these 2 posts, where it burns some wires...

the only lca i know of are generic part brands like moog or ac delco. i wouldnt imagine they would give any more articulation or related benifits...
