(According to the NY State Vehicle and Traffic Law under section 402-1, number (license) plates "shall not be covered by glass or ANY plastic material" )
In any case New Yorkers beware the two tickets I fear most came true this morning. Now my $6.35 parking day turned into $186.35  |
THE STANDARD AND ONLY ANSWER YOU EVER GIVE IN ANY STATE IS :
"No Officer I don't, I was paying attention to the TRAFFIC and Traffic Conditions..."
