Hey all I had the drivers rattle and I located it.

The tweeter in the drivers a pillar is mounted in a 3 clip retainer with ****ty tolerances.

I pulled the a pillar plug removed the phillips head screw and took it off the tweeted has an 1/8" of an inch play in it. Enough to rattle at certain rpm's drove me nuts.

I used some electrical tape and went around the tweeter housing and then snapped it back in rattle gone.

Thanks for the info. I'll have to check into that since I have a rattle coming from that area that is driving me crazy!
