You know there are so many American companies chomping-at-the-bit to get some of that resort action. Not to mention some of those 59 offshore oilfields they can't bid on now.
From what I have been reading it seems as though his brother may have gotten a little more intelligent in his later years. Restoring relations with the US and opening their island would be a financial windfall for both Cuba as well as the US. And I think he may realize this. It would also make him a hero to many in Cuba as well as ALL of Miami.
