is possible by inserting (a # of) washers between left or right bolts (there are 3) and little holes in the hood, where head lamps are fastened.
When I hadn't figured out the easy way (w/ allen wrench in little hole in front) yet to adjust the head lamps vertically, I inserted washers in the top bolt.
