The right person in Hummer should be able to grab a transfer case in the plant and drive it to your dealership, that is CUSTOMER SERVICE, and it is not beyond the call of the duties. They got to give you that $400 back, right? This is nothing like that dude who got so upset about the snow chain, you got a serious defect here. Wonder why your dealer cannot get the job done. Have you spoke top person at the dealership, go the top Hummer man's name and phone numbers from the him/her? Sometimes bad guys win, nice guys wait in lines. Maybe its time to be the bad guy.
