weird, I need to take a look under one of these things, that hit should'nt bent the cross member. i wonder if it was dented and they just didn't wanna mess with it (I'd guess they don't see many that are actually scraped up underneath yet )
you up for something this coming month?......something good

that would not surprise me, pretty much the standard response to most of my questions at the dealer has been, 'never thought of that', 'never seen that before', or 'we've never done that before' As for getting out this coming month, absolutely... I'm up for anything.

Do you have pictures?
A vehicle designed for offroad use should not
get a frame bent from a day of wheeling.
Either the dealer is giving you a load of crap,
or the H3 has a design problem.
So do you have to pay to have it straightened?

The frame is still bent, I'll take some pictures and see if I can get them to post. Its not bad, I just had the wheels aligned to compensate for it.

I assume more dented than bent?
"designed for offroad" is kindof an ambigious term, depends on what trails you are running. He was on a trail most probably wouldn't be comfortable running, that and running into a rock probably didn't help

I seen this same issue on a test mule from GM . That had it up here in Michigan and bent it on a sand hill of all things . Im starting to think there is a real weak spot there .

no freakin way... intresting thing was the tire that was the most out of alignment was the driver side... the hit was on the passenger side.
