Replacing DRLs with PIAA 540 Fog Lamps

The license plate is attached to a quarter inch thick piece of aluminum.
The aluminum plate is held in place by 4 quarter inch diameter flathead bolts thru the steel bumper with locking nuts.
License plate with plastic frame goes on top of it. Sturdy as can be.
