No, it is not just his BADRAP. I have/had the same issue. When you are parked flat and walk up to the H2, mine also appeared to be leaning or sagging on one side.

To fix the problem, I have moved the rear sensor levers to compensate for the problem. Worked perfectly. In fact, I didn't really care for the rake the H2 came with from the factory and moved them both to level out the back as well.

The air bags are going to be interesting to watch long term to see how they hold up. I have been screwing around with mine to get it level for a few months off and on.

I don't let my dealer solve these types of problems because they have no solution but to keep replacing everything.
