After reading the wash/wax post, I've seen that many recommend Zaino... which has been a Corvette secret for a while now..and always discussed on Corvetteforum.

So my question is, how many of you are also Corvetteforum members?

I am, and have basically owed my life to people there for all their help with restoring my 1978 Silver Anniversary Vette (though I just can't seem to get time to finish the interior).

So far this is a great forum too, and am now addicted to 3 forums... flyertalk (cause I travel for work every week), corvetteforum (78 vette), and the H3 forum.

I was a corvetteforum member, but just traded my C6 in for the new H3 - so I have a new hangout I guess. My son has his vette (50th Anniv.) still so he will keep me updated on news there.
Zaino will always be used on my vehicles no matter what they may be. Sal has always been there with help and a great line of products!

Me, but I don't hang out there too much anymore. Maybe you remember the thread earlier this year on blue LED backlights and switches?

And as like H3Witch, I will use Zaino on my H3.

we cobra drivers often make fun of corvette owners as "encrusted in zaino"

i use Meguiars - almost as shiny, and much less effort.

You should've asked: "How many forum-members are also Porsche forum members?"

My best friend owns a Vette. I know from him in our wax-a-thons he mentioned that everyone uses Zaino or Meguiars in the Vette forums.

HoKC,

I know this is off subject but I am flying up there tomorrow. Do you still have the Slate Blue in stock? Are you going to be around between now and Monday? I know you have the event Saturday but maybe Friday?

Eric,

Do you have the H3 yet? If so, when I get mine I want to start getting together with other owners in the area and go wheeling. I hear they are finishing up a great new trail up at Ocala. Interested?

Hey there...nice to meet you. Yes, I do have an H3 -- purchased last month from Nimnicht in Jacksonville. Haven't taken it off-road yet -- for the most part, it's my daily driver.

That's interesting to hear about the new Ocala trail...will have to give that some consideration. In the meantime, keep in touch -- and I hope you get your H3 soon.

They're about near completion of the new Hummer Store here in Jacksonville -- should be opening soon. I'll keep you posted...

Sorry to get off topic...

Nice Z06... I always loved those, and the future wife even considered buying a used one. It was a tough choice, go with the SUV or go with the Vette. Since I already have a 78, and we only have a 1 car garage.. the Z06 idea lost out...for now
