Yeah, I believe the accusation was that the nature of AZ Hummerboy's business was to facilitate the sending of unwanted email advertisments, ie. SPAM. But if you read a little bit, the email recipients are all op-ins, meaning that they are on email lists specifically to receive email ads and info.

I know about this stuff, I have a couple internet businesses and have used the opt-in lists for advertising in the past.

Also, posting your website URL in your signature is NOT considered SPAM!
