As for a dealer not being able to replace a BCM for a TPM message, I cannot find any "bulletin" on this subject. There was a service administration bulletin issued to only replace the BCM if it is at fault, if the symptom is the door ajar light is on or there is a dead battery. Good reason for this too, since the majority of these could have been fixed if the technician took the time to read the bulletins on these subjects.
As for the TPM from just reading on this forum, there are only a few who have complaints, and the membership of this forum in extremely small when talking about all H3 owners.
Heck, my TPM message came on the other morning, but went off after about two miles. The temps had dropped to the very low thirties, and I was not surprised. My tires need adjusting, and this weekend the pressures will be adjusted for the drop in temp from winter coming along.
