The main thing you are after doing with the programmer is getting rid of the torque management. When installing the supercharger you will get more HP and torque but you don't get the max use of the power increase without getting rid of the torque management. What the torque management does is pulls timing. So, the more torque the motor has the more timing it wans to take out. When using the programmer to get rid of it you get more of the power the more has.
