Why ask if "H1s" do this? Is it now the vehicle's fault? Or, could it just be the driver that is responsible?
Does not the Hummer brand get enough flack already?
Notwithstanding, from what I see in the first picture, the HC parking space at the dealer does not meet ADA requirements anyway.
Regarding the second photo, just maybe the driver has an HC permit......
