I also just installed the Katzkin leather seat/ DVD entertainment package in my H3. Bought them from Harrison at http://www.ayarinc.com.
He is an AWESOME guy to deal with and provides excellent service even after the sale! Will post pics up soon of my install.

I chose a more sedate palette when I went with my Katzkins (second set I've owned). Very happy with the end result.
I too have have the factory original Ebony cloth covers available. Less than 500 miles of ass time.
Anyone have an idea what they are worth? (I haven't researched it yet)
