The FBI, acting as part of the Joint Terrorism Task Force in Sacramento,
California, is seeking information regarding two improvised explosive devices
found at two state buildings in Auburn, California. The first device was found
on February 13, 2005, at the Placer County Superior Court Building on Maple
Street. This device was hidden inside a duffle bag and placed near an entrance
door. The second device was found on February 15, 2005, at the California
Department of Motor Vehicles office on Enterprise Drive. This device was hidden
inside a green garbage bag and placed next to a rear entrance door. These
explosive devices were capable of causing extensive damage, and injury or death,
had they fully functioned.</P>

and conviction of the individual or individuals responsible for these
