Same here. I thought it was all together. Then I found out that I did not get the adapter and cover. I was told it was a $150 option that I did not get.
I bought the adapter at AutoZone for $15. and a cover (without the "Hummer" on it) for $10. The dealer wanted $58 just for the stupid cover! My adapter is actually better because it has LED's on it for testing.
