I'm having a Viper 471xv 2-way remote start installed in my H3. I went with this model because I wanted feedback as to wheather the truck actually started. With the standard remote start I have on my 4Runner you have to take it on faith that the truck started (seeing as I can't see it from inside at work). Way too many times I have come out to find that the start up command failed.
This Viper system should prevent that problem.
