I am going to have a set of rims powder coated in black and I am looking for suggestions on making the caps match. I have never customized anything so any ideas are greatly appreciated. Also ideas on blacking out the new chrome mirror inserts for 06. Thanks JZ

Timgco, DRTY, and Paragon had their's like that and I thought they looked great. Very tough.

I got mine PC'ed and left the caps off. It looks great. I painted the studs black and polished the lug nuts on my bench grinder. Seeing the eight lugs is much cooler than covering the beef up with a bs plastic cover with a fake CTIS emossed in it (cheap looking to me). If you must keep them, you'll just have to paint it with spay bomb. Just scuff the caps with a scothbrite pad real good, and degrease it be fore painting it. Three very light coats works best for me and elimitates runs. Also, dont pait when its cold out, read the can.
