I am pretty sure it is just the driver's side and the center, inside one. I haven't see a car yet to offer the diming passenger side one, yet.

My Jeep GC has the two (inside and driver's) but my BMW just has the inside. Go figure.

I don't know for a fact but all three appear to dim on my '03. I'll check next time at night. '05 manual say's drivers side only.
