LV: Good question. I was looking it over last night, and the exact wording is ""...bring in your Blank survey..."". I don't really know...
I will not sell my soul for 2.47 a gallon !!
(however, I will keep the card/servey handy just in case gas hits 3 bucks a gallon 
)
