How much could I sell my Lux Ebony Roof Chrome pack and wheels for?

Ok here's a yes or no question, maybe I can get a few of you to answer...

Since a new H3 equipped like mine is $38,060 plus tax, which at a dealer, would total $41,009 (roughly 7.75% tax) not including their stupid fees, and tint which has been done - and since Legends in Scottsdale is charging $2200 above sticker for tint.

Do you think I could sell this to a person in AZ for $40,000 (remember they do not have to pay any taxes since I paid them already in a person to person deal...)
