Leadville is about 1 hour West of Denver, if you could go in a straight line. It's south of I-70. You get off at the Copper Mountain exit and go for about 30 minutes.
And yes, it's very small.

Yeah, if you're driving a Forumula One.
I've stayed in Leadville many times. Can't beat the views! Hopefully, summer will fall on a weekend so you get time to enjoy it. |

Get your butt on mountain bike and start your training for the Leadville 100. Look it up. I'm thinking about doing it next year.

That would be cool. There's some sort of Duathalon in the summer. I don't know if I could do it. I can ski, but that doesn't exactly put you into shape...
