but still wouldn't the alternator keep it running? i checked the cables nothings loose, nothing came off.

Alternator would still be running, but wouldn't be charging the battery.
Got a meter to test the battery, and output of the alt.?
Or you could just call onstar, and have them pick it up!

Congrats on the Dirtiest truck award!!! Have you used that BBQ yet?!

That mud was KILLER...I actually overheated on the way home--after I went thru that lake there was a ton of mud caught in the radiator...

Keep us updated...curious to see what happens with your alternator/electrical system. Good luck! hope it is taken care of fast.

Haha no i haven't had a chance to use the BBQ thanks to this beautiful weather.Well i tried roadside assistance but they would only bring me to the nearest hummer dealership and i wasn't sitting in PA for the weekend. So i called them today and they brought it out to Ramp. We'll see what happens from there.
