Do you work out your neck a lot? And I'm not talking your traps bloat boy. I'm talking about that little area of cartilage and muscle that covers the Larnyx, most people don't. A well placed punch by someone who is well versed in proper striking distance in that spot will take down anyone, period!!! Size and strength are no match for speed and tactics. So relax and enjoy the ride.
