I will never understand why people buy a Hummer than look for ways to improve gas mileage. It's a Hummer. If you can't afford gas than you probably couldn't of afforded the Hummer in the first place. I also have a Corvette. I look to remove weight but for other reasons.

Wanna save gas, reduce weight by keeping yourself out of it and start riding the bus.....getting an additional 1-2 miles a gallon at best isn't worth the removal of creature comforts.
