Some times the rim will discolor under the clear coat then finally start to open to the elements, kind of like bubbles in paint, have them replaced it won't get better just worse!

Did you go through a car wash with the wheel brushes? It could be that the brushes had something stuck in them that beat up the edges of your wheels.

No, i wash it by hand. and i dont offroad or anything like that, so no rock hitting or scrapping them, which leads me to think its not anything i did, at least i hope so. Ill see me dealer in a couple of weeks, hope they help out.

well i am glad to hear im not the only one that washes my own truck by hand . sorry to hear about the wheel problem , they should fix it
