Well, your opinion sucks. Being very pointed and abrasive is not angry and mean. Too many people, apparently like you, project their idea of what the emotions are behind the words instead of just reading the freaking words.

There was no other conclusion that could have been drawn based on what she had said which was non-comprehende and what was sent in.

Then she goes on to say again FRONT when just above it cleary stated in bold letters REAR. It's not semantics nor anything other than not paying attention.
