Mine does the same. They are not sure whether or not it is normal. The shop foreman at the dealership said he would have to think about it

Never noticed it on mine. Might have something to do will how I have to position my foot so it doesn't get hung up on the brake pedal though. This positioning makes it a PITA to BTM

Especially considering I live in FL and wear shorts pretty much every day. I just don't tan

I think that 'slap' or as I experience in the H2 the 'clunk' is probably just a product of the trans. I've always had it, and almost 50K later, it's not caused any problems. Though one day the drivetrain will probably fall out, and destroy the FJ tailgating me.

lmao...  wtf does that mean... does he have a little room that he goes in and thinks...
I like the sacramento service dept so far, but I haven't given them any challenges as of yet (which is good!)
