Different air filter, and intake, 3.7L Vortec versus 3.5L Vortec embossed on the intake. I have driven one (or two actually), and yes you can notice the extra 20+ horses, but would it have been worth the wait? NO. I have no problems with the 220.

my calc says;
3.5 l = 214 c. in.
3.7 l = 226 c. in.

and 220 c. in. = 3.6 l

not to be a smarty pants or anything, but 214 to 220 is more than rounding up and i can't imagine 214 to 226 c. in. making much of a difference. i don't think the H3's were designed for 80mph highway driving!!!
