I do hate to see HUMMER used as a scapegoat most of the time. It's not really fair, and it would be nice if GM would crack down on it a bit (if it's possible). I can't really understand the hippie mentality of giving you the finger, but they seem to be quite comfortable with it. Maybe if the media image wasn't so bad, we wouldn't have that negative attitude associated with Hummers. Because the whole gas mileage thing is a moot point.

I think if (when?) GM drops the 6.2L in the H2, it will be a flex fuel (it is on I think all of the other GMT-900's) which might provide a slight boost in respectability. If they could pull off a Hybrid H2, that would set the world of hippie-dom on fire. Who knows...
