Don't know where else to get Procomp wheels. You might try just calling a local shop and seeing if they can order them.
As for other wheels, American Racing, Robby Gordon, XD, there's a bunch. Just depends on what size you want and how much you want to spend.
Or you could just PC the stock wheels.

like these. 4Wheel Parts Denver got them in 1 week when I ordered them. I also have them on the H2 now. they also took one week. Not sure what the holdup was. Which 4WP store?

i had ordered american racing chamber series in teflon finish , that was back in dec. these were on so called national back order , bla ,bla ,bla .
i waited till march and got the same bs , got so fed up and had seen some H2's with ghetto painted wheels . i decided to go that route with the 35's and have been happy ever since . jmtcw and they are easy to fix after rockin them
