There were definitely some blood letting on the trail although given the reputation of Katemcy Rocks, I supposed that having no vehicle left "permanently" behind on the trail was good  .
1st day carnage: 1 drowned jeep, 1 H3 tie rod, 1 exploded jeep radiator, 1 overturned rock crawler.

and, of course, that does not include the usual high centerings, trapped wheels, and noises that should not be there  .
