Sorry to hear that HI.
I hope that they give you a resolution soon. I guess the quest for a turn in and get new one is not so good?

Good luck.

Yeah...right now not so good. According to SC Lemon Law, your first "problem" has to be reported by 12k miles (or 1 year which ever is first)...Well, when I first took it in, my mileage was at 12712. So the GM rep. stated that he would not support a swap based on this. BBB Autoline...here I come.

Oh..did I mention that the dealership called today to tell me that they are removing my front differential...hahahaha!

That whole thing sucks... 712 miles is nothing. I can't believe that GM and/or the dealer isn't doing more for you.

Seriously... good luck. I hope at a minimum you get UCP and rock rails out of this... Maybe a locker.

Get 'em to replace the transfer case while they're at it and throw an Adventures series transfer case in there. Thats the LEAST they can do for you. We're knocking on a whole month at this point, right? Good luck HI.

Truck is fixed..I'll be picking it up today. But found out the REP that denied me a swap on Monday (based on the SC Lemon Law) was asked to by my case manager to reconsider due to the most recent problems. The rep. evidentaly went to look at my truck...his new claim: I ABUSE MY TRUCK!! I have a stock H3..how much can I really abuse it! Whoever called it about the H2's..you were dead on!

NICE JOB KIRT @ GM!

document, this is a touchy situation with local service and area GM. The only time we did abuse was when the owner was a pain or just flat out launched their truck. Be mindful that if they put a block on you or refuse to repair on abuse. You can go to Hummer/GM direct over that dudes head saying "what does hummer mean?" it's a grey area and the guy must be a deeek to do that on the first year. They fixed almost everything no wuastions asked when the 2 first came out. Good luck and take some cookies to the guys in the back and the advisor. They can make things look anyway they want.

Arent Hummers built to take abuse

Take the loaner rev it up to 5,000 rpms then slam it in drive.
Do it a few times it will releave your stress,If it breaks f it.

At least your all fixed and ready to do more abuse.

Just got off the phone with Hendrick Hummer and my rear axle is going to be replaced too. I've been hearing a whining noise and my stabilty control malfunction warning was going off. Said axle replace and sensor on axle as well as roof rails and jack (recall).

I'm with ya now for at least 7 days. Although, I have a Cadillac Escallade (pimp in) as my loaner.
