That is it! Just unbolt your d-rings, remove the 2 bolts holding the brackets on and bolt the brush guard on. Don't forget that little 10mm bolt in the center of the bracket. It's super easy. You might want to have someone with you to hold the brush guard in place while you put the bolts back in. That makes the job a lot easier. It took me 15 mins from start to finish.
