Hey Eric, Did UPS give you the cash for the broken parts yet or are you still fighting with them? i know it was a pain in the tail with all that happened.
Sorry i had to hang up so fast but we had an emergency call and i had to run.
let me know what they are planning to do and if i can do any thing on my end i will try.

Yup. I ordered the parts. After I get the invoice I need to send it in to their claim's department along with the cost of the seat (got my dealer to write up a price ) they'll refund my cost for the parts.

No worries on the call. Let me know we'll get together and do some wheeling.
