Hello Everybody.
It's my first mail on this forum, and i would like to apologize for my english because i am French...
I live in Paris, and i am a hummer fan.
The H3 will be sold in France next month i think, and i dream to by one next year.
Because of the money, i only will be able to buy a base package, or maybe an adventure package, but i don't understand all the differences between both...
Is the base package good to drive on road, and only a few times in country? Or do i have to buy the adventure pack in any cases ?
Moreover, do you have photos of the standard steering wheel, because the leather one is only sold with the luxury package ?
Thanks for all, and Best Regards from Paris !!
Sebastien

I once saw Batman on French T.V. and It was the most funniest **** I have ever seen. To see Adam West and having a french guy speaking over his voice and the French dude sounded like a French Capt. Kirk with dramatic pauses and melodramatic verses. The only thing he did'nt say was KAAAHNN!!! or SPPPPOooock!!

Welcome to the forum, Sebastien. Many of us Americans have some serious issues with the French and German govt's, not the citizens. Just like many of you have a problem with our govt. You're sure to love the H3.

Exactly! This is an H3 enthusiasts board. As Sgt. Hulka once said in the movie Stripes, "Lighten up Francis!" </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
Finally, someone gets it.

No, I didn't miss the point. I just don't understand the personal attack against a person that is expressing their enthusiasm for the H3 on this forum. Because the country of France made a decision that they would not back this war does not speak for all of the people of France. This is an H3 Forum, there are other arenas/forums for these discussions. I don't think French Hummer Fan posted to "upset" the members of this board or to start a political France bashing.
|
It's not an "attack", you sniveling worm. We'll be sure to PM you when/if it elevates to an "attack". Until then go grow a spine & a ball sack and put some testicles in it. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
Thanks, but don't PM me. I'm not interested in anything you have to post. I hope your 9500+ posts to date, have offered up a little more than I've seen posted here by you in the last couple of months. Maybe you need to find something else to do with ALL of your free time instead of hanging around here...do you even own an H3? You can continue with your "childish" name calling, etc. Hope you get your "rocks (in your case, pebbles) off", I won't be responding to your posts. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
Bew hew!!! Oh, I have a feeling that you'll be responding, oh snotty one.
Pebbles? Now look who's trying to be snide. Go kiss your sister/wife goodnight, brush your tooth and go get some sleep. maybe you won't be so crabby & overly sensitive tomorrow.

To try to answer your original question, you only need the Adventure Package if you are planning to do alot of offroad driving. For everyday driving and occasional offroading you do not need the Adventure Package, the Base Package is more than sufficient.
To see the interiors go to www.hummer.com or www.lynchhummer.com and they have plenty of pics of interiors, including the steering wheel.

Welcome French Hummer Fan. I think you will be happy with any of the H3 configurations, but if you are confined to city driving, you should consider the lux.
Don't pay attention to the flames you are receiving. These people will be sorry when America can no longer import French Fries, French Toast, French Dressing, French Ticklers, French Bread and Frog Legs.

Oh, yeah!! Another reason to loathe the French: Sore losers about Lance owning the Tout De france 7 straight times and now trying desperately to discredit his amazing achievement.

I am happy that some other hummer fan are shocked.
What do administrators think about this ??
In France, people who want to buy a Hummer are Generaly people who love the US, and it's my case...
Take care.
Sebastien.

Please don't take the thoughtless posts of a few on this board too seriously Sebastien. Come to this forum and use it for what it was intended to be, a resource for H3 Owner's/Owner's to be. Hope to see you continue to post here.
