K, Called them and asked if I could get the installation charges back.
He hesitated, then said "uhhhh yeah sure sure , let me see, that will be $34.99 credit"
"Nope, Try $120.00" I said.
After some more himming and hawing, he finally said "uh yeah OK, $120.00, just make sure you bring you receipt, we'll figure it out when you get here".
If he tries to rip me off....when I get there, how should I handle it. How high can I go up the food chain while I'm standing in the store?
