Yes, it's textured, the more you put on, the more texture. I went thin for less texture, but the stuff is damn durable. Powdercoat may look nicer up close, but the price was right and I wasn't sure I wanted black wheels. Quote:

I know you went with a thinner coat so not as much texture but do you find them harder to get clean being textured?
