Seriously I would call the sales manager and the service manager, explain if they dont know and let them know that you are pleased with the end results. then continue to use them and you will get much better attention from now on. when you call, make it positive, stay calm state your case and dissatisfaction, but then thank them for the assistance and the clean up. i have a good idea what the rest of you are thinking about writing, go ahead, but i know how it works. i am glad it is better now and hope it stays that way for you. |
