Good stuff Adam.

Our house was struck by lightening Sunday night. While the house is supposed to be surge protected as a whole, we lost 3 ac units, security system, phone line, couple of satilite boxes, Bose system....great fun

For me, it still won't be worth my while to file a claim though.

Thanks Adam. Our biggest concern was making sure we'd get all new sheeeit in a few years when it's time to burn this on... uh, build a new home.... Yeah, yeah...

In Texas your deductible is 1% of your homes value at closing. My recent flooding is now at 50000$ and noy done yet. Deductible 12500$. SUCKS!

Adam,
You should pass out this information when you're out patrolling. Thanks!
