You can see the painted stock wheel behind it. Chances are they are a ring attached to the wheel.....cosmetic. But they look hot!

They are a stock wheel that has been pc'd with a simulated beadlock. GT makes them. They look sweet but are very pricey.

functional beadlocks usually are not street legal. but these look great! my dealer had them also but that price was freakin crazy.
