I broke this down for you and left out some things that don't pertain to TGL's banning.

Rules of Protocol for Moderators:

Section 3: Banning of individuals, individual IP's, Handles

3c: Requesting one member to be banned for nefarious reasons will be require banning of the member responsible for the request.

3c.1: First banning is for a time no less than three (3) days.

3c.2: Second offense will result in 1 week removal.

3c.3: Third offense will result in permanent IP and Forum Handle ban.
