I say we institute Ban That Ass Friday(BTAF).
On Mondays there will be a poll with 5 randomly selected members and the person with the most votes will be banned on the subsequent Friday for the duration of the weekend. Another method for selection could be a thread started where members can nominate someone for banning. If the banned member is caught sneaking back in with an AE or even lurking then the banning will be extended for 2 weeks and be bumped up to an IP ban for the duration of the penalty.

I recently was informed by a formerly banned member that she'd ( ) be IN for the weekly vote.
