now that i got to talking about it over lunch, i wonder if the loss of some of my bling and a savage gouge in the side have coincided with the reduction of getting the finger?
Hmmmm, that would beg the debate of whether people A) react less violently to a truck that isn't as nice or B) sit down, rationally think through whether a truck with a big scratch is in fact used in its intended function, and thus not subject to their emotional outbursts, and decide to not give it the finger (

)
or maybe C) the truck has been around town for going on a year, and people have seen it enough times to stop having a fit. If i was feeling psychological, i could offer that "they've seen this particular wolf at least 3-5 times, and it hasn't eaten them, so they've stopped freaking out when it wanders by the window"
I swear that when my half-summer semi-vacation is over and i have to work all the time i'm going to miss wasting time surfing hummer hate.
on the flip side, this truck will be responsible for the last time a carload of high school girls screams out their window at me. I'm not
that young anymore, but they can't tell with the tinted windows.
